Alexandra was a Harvard undergraduate who did research with the lab starting in 2012, culminating in her honors thesis, which won a 2015 Thomas Temple Hoopes Prize for “outstanding scholarship or research” (Harvard-wide, ~65 winners) and the 2015 Lawrence J. Henderson Prize (biochemical sciences, sole winner).

She started medical studies at UCSF in the fall of 2015, and is now a Hematology/Oncology fellow at the UChicago Cancer Center.
